Contractors, Subcontractors and Material Suppliers to successfully manage and run their projects, while

Unlike the other software and web applications we are not charging per the number of Users or Projects
that you have. You can add unlimited number of Company Users, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers,
Owners, Architects and open unlimited number of Projects without any additional costs.
Every Project Manager has a different way of doing things. At Cloud PM all the
modules and forms are standardized and every Project is organized the same way. This will make the life
much easier for everybody. No matter which Project do you open, the information or the files you are
looking for will be at the same location at each one of them. All the Submittals, RFI’s, PCO’s, Bids, Logs
will be in the same standardized format no matter who is working on them.
Since Cloud PM is a cloud based application, the Project Documents & Files are
accessible to all the Project Team Members the moment they are uploaded in the modules. There will
be no excuses that your Subcontractor has never received your email or that your Superintendent has
never received the latest plans. All the Drawings, Specifications, Submittals, RFI's will always be available
to everybody and from everywhere. Only the person who has the right User Permissions can view or
modify the Project Documents & Files.
